The effective achievement of the slip-form paving process is dependent wholly upon the regular delivery of concrete with a uniform level of workability. We expedite this process by the in-house provision and operation of our own concrete batching and mixing plants, rated at 120 cubic metres per hour. These plants incorporate efficient twin-shaft mixers, suited ideally to producing large volumes of high specification, consistent quality air-entrained concrete to match the demands of the slip-form process.

Resources

We operate a large and modern fleet of 25-tonne articulated dump trucks to haul the concrete to the paver, and can complement the slip-form process with all the requirements for associated hand-laying of concrete, including road forms, protective tentage and finishing tools.
